1. Pay attention when wrapping:

②Antibody selection: Choose an antibody that supports ELISA experiments, dilute according to the recommended concentration or explore the optimal concentration
③Coating buffer: pH9.6 carbonate buffer or pH7.2 phosphate buffer
④Coating temperature: 2-8 ℃ overnight coating or room temperature (37 ℃) coating for 2 hours
⑤Coating concentration: The coating concentration can vary greatly with the nature of the carrier and the coating. The general coating concentration is 10ug/ml-20ug/ml.
2. Pay attention when closing:
①Be sure to block immediately after coating (block non-specific antibodies)
