Add culture medium or cells to the petri dish

1.Place the necessary reagent bottles in the proper position, and loosen the caps of the reagent bottles to be used.
2.Place the petri dish in the center of the work area.
3.Remove the cap and use a pipette to aspirate liquid from the reagent bottle.
4.Put the lid of the petri dish behind the petri dish.
5.Gently inject the culture medium directly on the base of the side of the petri dish.
6.Close the petri dish lid.
7. Place the petri dish on the side where it was originally placed. Be careful not to let the medium enter the tiny space between the lid and the bottom.
8.Follow the same steps to add medium to the second and other petri dishes.
9. Discard the straw.
