Different types of micropipettes have their own suction volume ranges. Please use the appropriate micropipette according to the volume of the solution to be taken.

2) Set volume:
When setting the volume, rotate from low to high, you must first surpass the desired setting value by at least one-third turn, and then reverse to the set value; rotate from high to low, then directly turn to the set value. 3) Put on the micropipette head and suck the solution:
When aspirating solution, please put a micropipette tip on the tip first, P1000 uses blue micropipette tip, P200 and P20 use yellow micropipette tip. Press the button to the first section, keep the micropipette as vertical as possible, immerse the tip of the micropipette head in the solution, and then slowly release the button of the basic operation technique of the first chapter of the core biotechnology experiment. 4) Release solution:
Place the micropipette head in contact with the container wall, slowly press the button to the first section, stop for a second or two, and then press to the second section to completely press out the solution.
Precautions for use
1) Do not immerse the micropipette body in the solution.
2) To aspirate the test solution with high viscosity, please cut the tip of the micropipette head with a blade or scissors to enlarge the outlet, and pre-moisten it before aspirating.
3) After absorbing the acid or corrosive solution, please disassemble the micro pipette, rinse all parts with distilled water, wipe it dry, and then combine it to restore the original shape.
4) Do not use fire to grill any part of the micropipette, and do not absorb solutions with a temperature higher than 70°C to avoid vapor intrusion and corrosion of the piston.
5) The micropipette with a micropipette head, no matter whether there is solution in the micropipette head or not, it should not be placed horizontally and should be erected.
6) P5000 must use the filter head, and the filter head needs to be replaced if it is wet.
7) If the solution enters the straw by accident, it should be disassembled, and the piston assembly, straw, O-ring, Teflon pad and other parts should be rinsed with clean water, and then wiped with alcohol and dried. Then the correct combination returns to its original state.
8) Regularly check the accuracy by yourself with a balance. If there is any problem, please send it to the factory for repair.
Use of Pipetman P
A. Keep the micropipette vertical and press the button to the first section;
B, The tip of the micropipette tip is immersed in the solution, and the button is slowly released;
C. Keep the micropipette vertical, contact the micropipette head with the container wall, and slowly press the button to the first section;
