Influence of biological factors on microorganisms (antibacterial spectrum test)

[Experimental reagent]
Bean sprouts juice Glucose agar medium
[Laboratory equipment]
Sterile petri dishes, inoculation loops, etc.

Types Of Petri Dishes,Disposable Petri Dish,Plastic Inoculation Loop,Inoculation Loops Transparent Plastic
[Experimental Materials]
Penicillium chrysogenum, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis;
[Experimental steps]
1. After dissolving the bean sprouts juice glucose agar medium, cool it to about 45°C and pour it into a petri dish, solidify it for later use.
2. Pick the spores of Penicillium chrysogenum with an inoculating loop and draw a straight line on the petri dish.
3. After inoculation, place it upside down in a greenhouse at 28°C for 2-3 days.
4. After the above-mentioned petri dish forms a bacterial moss, use the inoculation loop to inoculate Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Bacillus subtilis by drawing a straight line vertically outward from the edge of the bacterial band of Penicillium chrysogenum, but do not touch the bacterial moss.
5. Invert and incubate at 37°C for 24 hours.
6. Observe the results.
