3. Take 0.1 ml of bacterial suspension and pour it on the culture medium in the petri dish, and spread it evenly with a glass spatula. Then put the petri dish upside down in an incubator at 25-30°C for 3-4 days. Microbial colonies will appear on the medium. Mold colonies often grow into velvet, cotton wool or spider webs. You can look for mold colonies based on this feature.
4. Pick the mold colony in the petri dish and inoculate it on the slant medium
