Operating Procedures for Air Culture in Blood Storage Room and Blood Matching Room
1. Purpose: To standardize the bacterial culture in the blood storage room and the blood matching room.

three. Steps:
(1) Air culture in blood storage room
1. The air culture in the blood storage room is around the 20th of each month, all should be disinfected by ultraviolet rays
2. Take 90 flat petri dishes, open the petri dish lid, put it in the middle of the blood storage room for 15 minutes, close the lid, fill in the form, and send it to the bacteria room for culture.
3. After 48 hours, observe the results. The air culture requirements of the blood storage room are: <200CFU/3
(2) Air culture in the blood matching room
1. Air culture in the blood matching room is around the 20th of each month, all should be sterilized by ultraviolet light
2. Take a 90-plate petri dish, open the petri dish lid, place it in the middle of the blood matching room for 15 minutes, close the lid, fill in the form, and send it to the bacteria room for culture.
3. After 48 hours, observe the results. The air culture requirements of the blood matching room are: <500CFU/3
