A. Washing of centrifuge tubes on desktop low-speed large-capacity centrifuge:  
1, washing method:
(1) Scrubbing with water: it can wash away soluble substances and also the dust attached to the centrifuge tube.
(2) Scrubbing with decontamination powder or synthetic detergent: It can remove the oil on the centrifuge tube.

2, washing requirements:
The cleaned centrifuge tube wall should be able to be wetted by water, without water droplets adhering to it.
B.Drying of the centrifuge tube on the desktop low-speed large-capacity centrifuge:   

1, dry (control dry):
For centrifuge tubes that are not urgently needed and require general drying, they can be washed with water, placed upside down in a dust-free place to control moisture, and then dried naturally. The centrifuge tube can be placed on a shelf equipped with oblique wooden nails and a glass cabinet with ventilation holes.
2, drying:
(1) Electric oven drying:
The washed centrifugal tube is controlled to remove moisture and then placed in an electric oven for drying. The temperature of the oven is 105-120°C for about 1 hour. It can also be dried in an infrared drying oven.
(2) Alcohol lamp drying:
When the centrifuge tube is dried with an alcohol lamp, it should be baked from the bottom with the centrifuge tube opening downward to prevent water droplets from flowing backward and breaking the centrifuge tube.
3, hot (cold) wind to dry:
For centrifuge tubes that are eager to dry, usually pour a small amount of alcohol and other solvents into the centrifuge tubes that have been dewatered, shake and wash the solvent (the solvent needs to be recovered) and then blow it with an electric blower. Begin to blow with cold air for 1 to 2 minutes. When most of the solvent is evaporated, blow in hot air until it is completely dry, and then use cold air to blow the remaining steam so that it no longer condenses in the centrifuge tube. This method requires good ventilation and no exposure to open flames.
