① Wash the container with water or detergent before using lotion.

② Before using lotion, try to remove the water in the container so as not to dilute the lotion.

③ After use, the lotion should be poured into the original bottle, which can be reused.

④ Do not use lotion to wash with reducing dirt (such as some organic matter), these substances can reduce the potassium dichromate in the lotion to chromium sulfate (the color of the lotion is changed from the original dark brown to green). The lotion that has turned green cannot be used.

The lotion is highly corrosive and can burn the skin and damage clothing. If the lotion is spilled on skin, clothing or the laboratory table, rinse immediately with water.

Because potassium dichromate seriously polluted the environment, should use less lotion. Wash the containers with water to remove the detergent. Wash it three more times with distilled water.

Washing containers should comply with the principle of a small amount (each time using a small amount of detergent) several times. It saves money and improves efficiency. Wiping a washed container with a cloth or paper will not make the container clean, but will leave the fibers on the walls and stain the container.

No insoluble matter or grease should be attached to the walls of washed containers. The walls can be completely wetted by water. Check whether clean, turn the container upside down, water down the wall of the device, leaving only a thin and uniform layer of water film on the wall, and there should be no water droplets.
